Introduction
Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort is a private resort lies on an
island surrounded by Arabian Sea on one side and Parvathi Puthanar
and Karamana rivers on the other side. At this resort, you will
find combination of Ayurveda with Yoga, which came up under the
guidance of the Yoga Guru who was the Member of the Yoga World Congress.
On one side of the resort is the backwaters spotted with coconut
groves and is home to31 species of migratory birds and on the other
side is an isolated stretch of beach.
Accommodation
Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort present 8 well-appointed rooms
out of which 5 have en-suite bathroom and porch with them. The rooms
are well equipped with latest amenities such as color television
with cable channels, refrigerator and running hot and cold water.
Dining
Multi-cuisine restaurant at Beach and Lake Ayurvedic Resort serves
scrumptious preparation of food including fresh seafood. There is
also provision for Ayurvedic diet as well for the guests.
