Introduction
Kumarakom Lake Resort is spread on 25 acres of verdant vegetation
on the banks of the Vembanad Lake.

Kumarakom Lake Resort Kumarakom presents 52 well-appointed villas
classified as Lake View Villas, Garden View Villas, Meandering Pool
Villas and Presidential Suites. The villas are re-assembled using
the ancient techniques of carpentry called Tachu Shahstra. The rooms
have traditional designs with wooden floor and high ceiling and
are equipped with color television with satellite channel, channel
music and international direct dial telephone. Meandering Pool Villas
and Presidential Suites are serene with a 250 m private pool.
Dining
Kumarakom Lake Resort Kumarakom features a restaurant, a teashop
and a bar. Ettukettu is a multi-cuisine restaurant where the specialty
is the ethnic food of Kerala and the fresh seafood. Do try the delicacies
of the restaurant including Syrian Christian Duck Roast, Duck Curry,
Karimeen Pollichuthu, Karimeen Mappas, Appams, Thamarappam and Iddiappams.
Vembanad Seafood Bar commands the beauty of the backwater while
dining for the vast menu of seafood. Thattukada is the traditional
teashop for gossiping over a hot cup of tea and assortments of snacks.
